Could have used the scarecrow a few years ago. My P2V+ was swarmed by aggressive Burmese crows. My Phantom is fine, but I'm still traumatized.

Well, that's about as vague as a law can get. No hard definition of anything, which essentially means "guilty till proven innocent".
