Gotta admit, I'm pretty impressed with how much more solid these are. Happy with purchase.

Just the standard stock bracket. Couldn't get the wobble out no matter what I did

    Here you go:
    Stability Bracket for DJI Controllers

A bit pricier than the metal ones on eBay and Amazon but I liked the wide base design of these and read some reviews and decided to go with it. Been reading more and more about the stock bracket failing and iPads being destroyed. Seemed like a good investment.

Also fits back in my hard case with no additional modification needed. Seems to have the same footprint when on its side, as the stock bracket

Yup just installed mine the other day, completely solved my wobble issues with my iPad mini 2.

I'm using iPad 2 mini as well. Haven't connected it to the new bracket yet but feels like a rock so far

Yes, using the Inspire 1 device holder on my RC. Makes a huge change in ones confidence, of safely holding your $1000 device... ;-)

Got it. I'm still waiting for someone to compare this to the Inspire 1 mount. While it doesn't have the wider base, it's also rock solid.

    Around here somewhere
Just ordered mine, thanks for the heads up.
I'm disgusted with the low quality of the rc for the P3P. DJI should use a higher quality plastic if nothing else.

Yes, but You wrote, "Your the man" and if you would have written, "You're the Man!!" I wouldn't have to "hootenanny" your meaning.
    Yeehaw... Hahaha

That's what happens when you let machines spell for you! Not all machines can be as automatic as the phantom 3

Siri having another bad day, was she? I know what that's like. She...
I generally proof read my posts, just to be sure I wasn't thinking way ahead of my words. As I often do. I tend to enjoy my own ramblings, though, even if others don't. ;-)

When ever your local Can Am dealerships have a SpYder demo days, you might want to take a unit out for a short haul... Just for the fun of it. You'll Find out, what rYde means, to me... ;-)
If you enjoyed @dji First Pilot Experience, you will love this... Ha
