Hello,
I had a bad crash and now my go app says the remote controller signal is weak. I also need to to scroll through the different crafts manually instead of go finding the P3 by default. Once I connect, I can turn on the motors and throttle up and down and shut off motors. I have removed the blades so it is not flying. The app also will not set the home point when it connects to the aircraft.

I am also noticing a small green light on the bottom right side that I never noticed before. Any ideas?

IDK if this has anything to do with the crash but now when I go to turn off my battery the power button flashes red for a few seconds before shutting down... This is the same for my spare battery. NOTICE this problem only happens while the batteries are in the aircraft, they shut down fine when not installed on the aircraft.

Anyone know if I can download any info from the aircraft that could help diagnose my issues?
Thank you

Push on/off button once, and then again for 2 seconds on battery ....I don't know buddy, maybe elaborate your problem a little better.....did you try and re-link your remote to the aircraft.......did you charage the remote....???.just asking.

thank you,
The remote was well charged, I think at 3 of 4 lights on. I did not try to re-link though. I just finished tearing down the entire aircraft tonight. I found something that would be an issue I just don't know what issue it is causing. I need help identifying the parts I have pictured.
That new post can be found here
Parts identification needed.

Welcome to the forum!

"I am also noticing a small green light on the bottom right side that I never noticed before. Any ideas?"
By now, you probably figured out with the light and switch do on the bottom of the Phantom.
Yes it should be green when your linked to the remote.

"turn off my battery the power button flashes red for a few seconds before shutting down"
I have seen this on other threads, but I have never figured out what the cause is, I wounder if waiting for some response that sd card has finished / saved.

Good Luck!

Was any trees injured?

thank you. yes I do know now and I was able to reattach the button. I ordered a new onboard antenna then I should be good. Odd thing about the batteries, perhaps it will stop once all is up and running again. No trees damaged but I may have scratched the water tower (but its going to be demolished) :)

See you don't try overtake something bigger than you, something to do with physics, I think..

I need to buy a camera for my p3 anyone help or point me in the right direction as to what will and will not work or who may have a camera?

UPDATE
As I mentioned in the start of this thread the power button on my batteries would flash for a few seconds after powering down. I found out it was because the video that was recording during the crash did not finish saving because the battery popped upon impact with Earth. I reinstalled the memory card and hooked up the camera and even though it did not fix my corrupted video it did what it had to do and now when I power down the button no longer flashes.
I only did a camera test since I still have the body of the craft taken apart but I did find out the camera and gimbal seem to be working fine. I am still waiting to receive the replacement onboard wifi antenna and then I will be reassembling the craft in hopes of getting it in the air again.

This confuses me, was this posted somewhere?

I found it somewhere online. But now that I look at it, it's not the same. I just downloaded the one from the link you sent me and it opened so now I gotta figure out how to use it
thanks!

I tried the program but it is still working on it after a few hours... idk if something is wrong. Have you used it yourself?

I see you got to work...

Great!
