Battery flashing 1 bar, will not charge due to low voltage?

I actually had found this and followed it. No luck. I had a saltwater bath burial service for the 4 batteries this morning, then sealed them in a ziplock bag and chucked ‘em in the trash.

Moving on with life to include a battery maintenance program for my 3 drones and 11 batteries.

11 batteries? Wow. I can barely keep up with my 4 and keep them 'happy'. Good luck........

Update: replaced all 4 batteries. Could not raise them from the dead.
