field of view and barrel/fisheye effect is the short version of differences.

i realise these things cost money to develop and manufacture, but they ain't cheap. DJI should just use a 5.4 lens out the box, it would be more suitable than the 2.8 they supply standard.

What's the weight difference between OEM & 5.4mm lens?

I did not have to rebalance the Zenmuse 3D after fitting the 5.4mm lens. So I rekon they are the same weight.
