I was a pilot for 40 years (until I lost Hearing And lost Medical)
I would have never got into an air craft with even a big nick in a prop.

Do you still have the other piece? Nothing a little scotch tape won't fix

And superglue! But don't forget to counterbalance with the exact same amount of tape in the exact same position on the opposite blade.
