When asked about their poor customer service and fly aways he basically b!tch slaps his customers and says traditionally these products where used by hobbyists and when flown away or crashed they blamed themselves. But now since more people are using them they have problems. I think it was a poorly thought out answer to a question a lot of customers have. The rest of the interview is fluff for DJI. This question is around 2 minutes into the video.
