Those audio clips are kind of expensive for what I do, $19/song. The sampling interface is also lacking convenience compared to audioblocks.com, which is $99/yr for unlimited songs. For me that's about $1/song.

I've been using Free Music Archive .

It takes bit of effort to find what you need, but I've been happy with it so far - and it does what it says on the tin; it's FREE.

Just found Kevin McLeod's Incompetech, and it looks very promising. Excellent "real" music, not digitized as much as FMA is.
