I've got the "C" of the RC and a P3P. Tested its distance last week to test the latest Go App and latest firmware.
No issues with distance what so ever. Can take it out 4.6 km with the app howling at me to return due to low battery!
The new app v2.84 does cause a bit of screen delay, which is really annoying given I'm running a high end device. But no distance related issues.
