Did you see a TXT file on your memory card after attempting to install the firmware?

BTW, I'm not sure how you're attempting to install the firmware, but it works best when done like this.

So, I'm a goofball. In the Go App, I was expecting the Upgrade Firmware message to appear in the same "About" window that displays the current firmware number. Since it wasn't showing up, I figured I needed to use SD card. I found it and was able to update using the GO App. Thanks for the help.
