What I Mini 2 or Mini 3 iPad work for this the many fours are almost non-existent in my part of the country I hooked up a big iPad and everything worked great

Was able to find a mini 4 for half price so was able to do first fly by screen and it worked great. Fabbed up a sun screen and going to try it today

OLD post.. but for future readers I had success with my Nexus 7 (2013) buy going into developer mode (Google it, I think I recall going into "about" tablet and tapping the version bunch of times, which enabled developer)
Then Enabling USB.
Then the "Follow me" feature worked on P4, before that it would not work
