New DJI PS3 Flying in North Texas

Hello all...

Just a quick hello to you all. I got a DJI Phantom 3 Standard a few weeks ago and I'm having a blast flying it. This forum has been very helpful for finding bits and pieces of information to fill in the gaps were DJI is lacking in their documentation.

I started flying drones earlier this year. I purposely began with cheaper models to get the hang of the controls. If I could give one piece of advise to others it would be to do the same thing! I started with and still enjoy flying outdoors my UDI U8181A-1 and Syma X5SC. For indoors, I have a Blade Nano QX and a Estes Pronto X Nano that are a blast to fly.
