How to save all flight records on my computer?

I also have a gold account with HealthyDrones, but have been unable to upload my flight records to the site since I purchased a P4Pro +. DJI GO, nor DJI Assist will not work at all. DJI's so called customer and tech just sends me messages telling me that they are looking into my problem and will get in touch. That has been almost two weeks and no response. I love my P4Pro+, except for the built in monitor issues. I would be very grateful for any assistance.

Deleting it from the app deletes it from cloud.

Where is that cloud you are refering to?

When you hit sync it is syncing to the cloud. I have an iPad and an iPhone I fly with. If I fly on my phone I can hit sync and then after hit sync on the iPad and they will both have all records.


Just to be clear, I'm talking about the flight records on the app not the onboard SD card.

Hey do you have any proof the .DAT files are deleted from the DJI CLOUD server in Taiwan??
