got a new rc and cannot connect to aircraft!

hi together!
i ordered a new rc cause I broke my old one.
now I received it and it works and create a network to connect with dji go ap but there is no way to connect to the aircraft!
I really pissed of cause I don't know what to do!
can you held me please ^^

Mabey I am missing something... Did you select the correct drone from DJI go app? Do you see CAMERA button in blue? (in equipment tab)

when I switch the rc on it makes no typical beep tone!
only the first light is flashing slow green!
there is no option to try the go app when im not able to connect to the said of the rc!
nothing works only flashing green when I switch it on!

Ok try this, uninstall the app from tablet or phone, deltete cache, restart device, re-install dji go, try that...

I try everything out and the app isn't the problem!
the rc don't start to do anything!
there is no ssid visible where I can connect to

Is there a hole next to LED light to insert a pin to pair/reset it?

Did you already uninstall app and delete cache AND restart tablet/phone and re-install app?

I know you say it's not the app, but it may BE the app files preventing a pairing

yes but the app can only enter to firmware setup when the smartphone device is connected to the rc!
pairing menas to me when the rc beeps until its connected with the aircraft after pressing the paring button on aircraft.
but in my case : switch on rc no typical beep tone.
only flashing green left light the first one
when I try to spin the cam tilt completely up and s2 fast three times up and and down nothing happened


is there any solution when I open up the rc that I can reset it manually hard
