Gimble/Camera tilts but does not turn left or right

Any one have any suggestions on what would cause this? What part I would need to buy to fix it?

Camera tilts, broadcast image, and records.

It does not move left or right when I move the controller or when it is flying

That's the way it's designed. In order to yaw the camera (move it to the right or left), the whole aircraft has to move. The gimbal can only move right or left enough to maintain stability.

I don't believe the camera is meant to move left & right, That happens when the bird is yawed(turned left /right).
someone will be along shortly to verify or disqualify this..

On all of my other phantom 3s, the camera moves about 5 degrees left and right when you move no the remote .Yes any help would be great!

Gimbal mode has two settings : follow and FPV. Check if these settings help you.

synchronous pan setting , in gimbal settings , camera will move slightly when you turn , I turned it off --- makes a jerky video for me .
