I am thinking about converting my P2V into a a Flame Wheel 550.
Buy the 550 ARF kit, including motors and ESCs.
Then take all the other parts of the Vision and place them on the Flame Wheel.
I'm not sure the Vision version of the NAZA is capable of being re-purposed onto a hex... as far as I am aware you can't change the airframe type using the P2 Assistant software. Using a standalone NAZA-M-V2 you can tell it it's controlling anything from a tricopter up to an octo... You'd also have to find some way of protecting the GPS receiver which is just a board that's protected by the top shell of the Vision. As everything else is baked into the main circuit board on a P2 I'm not sure it's going to work without some major hacking skills!
I thought about this with one of mine - only was going to convert it to a 450. I think that would work. In the end, I abandoned the idea because relocating the compass and GPS - while not impossible with enough glue  - would have made it too kludgey for me.
