Drone stuck in 125 ft tree

Three years ago, I got my Phantom P1 stuck it the top of a very tall poplar tree. The GoPro camera was recording. I cut the tree down with a chainsaw, and got it to fall so the Phantom was on top when the tree hit the ground. No damage to the quad, but the video was intresting. No I know what it would look like sitting it top of a tree as it was cut down!

These are good posts, not for getting the drone stuck but for all the ingenious ways people come up with to get it down. The number of alternate ways to get a drone down increases in direct proportion to how long the thread runs (sorry about that one).
Good to know recovery was relatively easy (apart from the pocket) and I've marked it just in case.

I found the link:
We were flying at the RC Hobby park and there were lots of aluminum antenna pipe sections they keep for getting RC airplanes down. They were unmanageable and might have damaged my bird. The fall from 60 feet did not look like a good idea.

I paid $135 for the cherry picker and replaced the props...still cheap.
Thanks that is a great clip.
