DJI Charging Hub Firmware

Just received my charging hub from DJI. Instructions say to update firmware. When I connect the charger to my mac with the usb cable, the mac does not recognize the charger. How do I update the firmware and or find out what firmware version is on the charger.

You can upgrade the firmware with this app. You'll need a PC though.
