Cant connect to litchi app

Hi guys.
When i connect my p4 to the litchi app it displays that im disconnected. Yet the dji go says all is good. Any ideas why i cant connect between the litchi app and my bird. Im using android galaxy tab 2?

Fixed it!. Just unistall app and re install

Make sure you don't have DJI GO running in the background. Turning the remote off then back on normally reconnects the app to the P4
