    Anyone using an ADS-B receiver with a laptop to track nearby aircraft?

    No. How hard would that be to do? What is the cost of a receiver?

    I see prices from just a few dollars to 800. Not sure how the whole setup works.

    Check out an app called Flightradar 24. It uses ADS-B data feeds. No special equipment needed :)

    flightradar24.com is not very good for GA traffic.

    Well most GA traffic isn't ADS-B equipped yet.
