Hey guys as a pv2+ owner how many if u have the desire to zoom from the app any one knows if they will ever include that feature in the upcoming updates?

Unless the phantom has full physical optic zoom, You will lose quality as it will most likely be digitally zoomed.
Your best bet would be narrow field 1080 or changing to (an expensive) 5.4mm.
Most people find it difficult enough to fly let alone zooming and tilting. Lets hold off until optic zoom is available and an additional ch8 knob is added.

its just an idea!
but maybe its possible to make this fit on the standard camera
i only hope its not to heavy and the gimbal will still work!

Your field of view with this camera is way too small. Max is 92 while I believe stock camera is 140 degrees.
There are other similar lenses but they are not matched to the CCD of the P2V+, and the latter also does not have the mechanical mount required.

yeah i know, im still looking for something to make this work, maybe you already seen something?
in like 2 months i get my own 3d printer and hope to fix the mechanical mount problem.
but ofcourse still there will be a weight problem on the gimbal
and i wonder if this even possible.
like for the gopro i also not seen a servo drive optical zoom lens
but that would be assome he!!
