Yellow flashing problem

Put my tx on like always
power up the phantom.
all ok then just goes yellow flashing .
on tx i try flick the right switch like crazy nothing happens

stays like that yellowflashing
Inside the phantom on top there is a little button
push that
wait for it to flash
then push down the power on the tx all the way down to 0%

still nothing ..

insdie there is a little red light that goes on or off if i switch on the tx
so the phantom does see it in some way
but i cant start it

not sure what next to check .
