I see a mini usb port on camera and is it better to work with that for transferring pics to computer?

I recommend just removing the sd card and connect it directly to your computer.

    Option #1:

    1 - Remove Micro-SD from Vision+
2 - Insert into SD adapter
    3 - Insert Adapter into computer/card reader
    4 - Transfer files
    5 - Remove Adapter from computer/card reader
    6 - Remove Micro-SD from adapter
    7 - Reinsert card into Vision+

    Option #2:

1 - Attach Micro-USB cable from computer to Vision+ gimbal USB port
    2 - Power on Vision+
    3 - Transfer files
    4 - Power off Vision+ & disconnect cable

Its a personal preference but I prefer option #2. Less steps & less wear on the Micro-SD port.

In my case, I'm transferring video files to my iPad for editing, so pulling the sd card and using the camera connect kit is my easiest option.
