video stuttering

Ok so I ordered a P3A and it should come toomoorow

Im really excited for it to come but I've noticed that on some videos people have posted their phantom 3 footage on YouTube and there is a slight stutter or screen tear.

here is an example of a stuttering vid

I've noticed that most of the videos that are smooth are made by people who do a lot of aerial photography

Could it be my computer monitor ,youtube rendering or is there some kind of knowledge about photography I don't know

That one plays smoothly here in 1080 so it looks like it isn't the video that's the problem.

Looks good to me....anyone know how they are forcing the high def version to play? When I have shared YouTube a lot of people get crappy low resolution version and they have to click on the gear and select higher resolution...
