Advanced Trying to get remote to down load updated FireWare on sad card in drone

    So progress, I think! I was able to import updated FireWare onto sd card, then I put sd card in gimbal and plugged drone into remote. The beeping started but remote status light was always green. After 30 min I turned everything on and tried again to fly, dji app still says that it's disconnected! Help!

    When you placed the SD card into a device and read the result file, what did it say? Did the beeping change from D, D, D, D to DD, D?

    I don't think I unzipped file, trying to do that now

    you only want to have the bin file in the root directory to update. There are several good videos on youtube giving step by step instructions
