I sold my 8 month old P2+ to a friend when I got my P3P. First time up he took a phone call on his iPhone while flying and the RTH function kicked in. Unfortunately, he took off from under large trees and the Phantom came tumbling down through the trees and smashed on the driveway. Landing gear bent, camera separated at gimble and broken lens cover. We called DJI and explained what happened. Very nice lady told us how to send it in and a repair estimate would be emailed. No estimate was ever sent and 3 weeks later the P2+ was returned, completely repaired with updated software. No charge!Waranty?
Warranty? DJI has a warranty? on the phantom? I don't believe it! I know they have a nice program to send out emails, telling you your issue has been solved, but I didn't know they had a warranty...:0
