To buy or not to buy?

Hi all, I am looking to upgrade my DJI fleet, already have F450 & Phantom1 which are using the Xiaomi Yi action camera.
I get a lot of jello effects, as a result I spend time editing with After Effects and the result is not the ideal.

Now I am thinking for the DJI Ph 3 Prof.
Few questions though:

1. Will I have less jello than Ph1?
2. Does Ph3 Prof version goes the extra mile for it's price?

The Phantom 3 is a huge advance beyond anything that came before.
Everything about it is much better.
Unless you really need 4K video, the Advanced offers better value.

The P3P is awesome. I was really impressed when I upgraded from my P2V+, so it's probably going to blow your mind.
