Starting 12 floors up on a Roof?

I am planning on launching the P2 about 12 floors up on a rooftop, and eventually have it descend downwards to the ground below.

What could be the problems? GPS ?

I'm not planning on flying it far or use the home button. Is there any thing I should know about starting the drone way up?

You could count the satellites on the 12th floor then take it to ground and count again..continuity for flight is what's needed here.

Fly in ATTI. No GPS crutch worries
And most likely better/smoother video.

I flew mine off a 15th story hotel balcony in Mexico... Worked like a champ! I didn't go all the way down to the ground, but was probably 15 feet from it at one point. GPS mode the whole time.
