Can the p3a take videos in slow motion and what format ?

From my experience you want to use 1080p 60fps for slow motion otherwise the framerate drops too low

You could shoot at 60fps and then convert to 24 fps in post. There is even a plugin called Twixtor which can fake it but it depends on many factors of your footage to get good results.
