Is this how much it Adds to altitude to where you locked in home point or current altitude?

you mean the Go-Home Alt?

That is the altitude it will climb to when RTH is in effect.

by default if it is above this... it will return to home then descend.

Ok. So it WON'T add the value to my current "home lock" I set when flying? A bit confused. It's located in the limits tab.
