Had a crash and I need a new camera. Does the cable that runs from the micro-usb side of the mount come with it? If not, any links to ordering one?

No cables come with a new camera. Can u be more specific as to the cable u need? Are u talking about the short gray cable that goes to the camera ?
You need cable set part 42. E bay, Amazon or any Dji dealer. About $15. The cable u need is in that set
