Problem with Active Track in P4

Someone have this problem?? I set the active track and the P4 camera follow me but not move forward!!!!! Only if I pull the joystick forward!!! Help please DJI send me to do a thing but nothing happens!!

Does your device/tablet have GPS? It needs this to lock onto the subject you want to follow.

If it's a late model iPhone, if should work fine. You need to be in an open area and flying at least 5 mtrs in the air to switch active track on.

I send my P4 to DJI and they change the Phantom 4 main control component under warranty!

Active Track has 3 modes. It sounds like you were in the "Spotlight" mode. In that case, the camera locks on to you while allowing you full control of the x,y, and z movement.
