I can switch to ATTI mode after I launch in P mode and then back again during the flight if I get uncomfortable...correct?
Is there any lag time from A to P?
I have a P3 Advanced.

Maybe a second or so. I usually ascend up to 75-100 feet then switch to ATTI to see which way the wind is blowing at that altitude then switch back to P Mode and do my flight.

I like watching it drift along then dig in to the wind to stay in one place after I flick the switch. I think to myself, "At least that parts working".

I have tried this a couple times on my new-to-me P3P using the RC switch. Nothing happens. Am I missing something?

You need to access the "Main Controller Settings" and enable "Multiple Flight Modes".

Be sure you are familiar with the P-A-F switch and understand what mode it is set on when you take off.
