Check it out..
So he flew the Mavic behind a building or something and lost signal...
No, he was at the pier and flying a straight shot out over the water at dusk and it just lost signal and went down in the water... Not a good sign...
Why didn't it return to home after a lost signal?
That's what I'm wondering too, hopefully that isn't an issue with the actual production models.
He said it was reporting being on a sailboat. I wouldn't be surprised if it actually hit the sailboat and really is on there !
DJI MAVIC CONTROVERSY
i smell it
I'm sorry but this guy is an idiot when it comes to drones. He never calibrates the compass, hardly ever waits for the gps to lock on a home point before he takes off, etc.
He's crashed over 5 Phantom 4's. This guy gives responsible drone owners a bad name.
CALIBRATE THE CAMPUS, BOYS, WE'RE GOIN IN!
This guy is a mental midget. im betting he doesn't get another pre released DJI product to review.
Yeah send me the P5 plz not casey
Ha...record time. I'll take "hit sailboat mast" ....anyone running a pool?
Yep, that is my vote too. Possibly not the mast, but the forestay or backstay, or shrouds... lots of hazards run up to the top of the mast on a sailboat that can be hit. If that is true, and it is actually on that boat, he is one lucky mofo..
Seriously...amazed it's still communicating. Better head back to that AStar he just got out of
I'm sure DJI overnighted him a new one ASAP.
At an average of 2mil views per day of their products being prominently featured, I'm sure they did as well.
Any press is good press... 2million presses, even better.
I wonder if he knows how to get the flight log off his phone? From what I have seen I'm guessing maybe not.
Because he makes a video and 6 hours later he has 1 000 000 views?
Iet's see what happens...
