P4 cam make and model?

Hi guys, anyone know the maker and model for the P4 cam? I need to add it to the properties of a pic before I upload it but I can't seem to find the info.

The camera is a Phantom 4 camera It was designed and built by DJI to be part of the Phantom 4.

There's some speculation that the sensor is made by Exmor, but I've never seen this confirmed.
