I guess I could lol. Do you think this will interfere with the sonar sensors?Good idea but couldn't you find some smaller zip ties to use?

I'll probably end up removing the plexi, but keeping the 2 zip ties on the gimbalthey very well could...
yes sir so much for the ultrasonic sensors...It takes the VPS out. I don't like it
form my point of view the wind will blow on that plactic plate, end up stablability issue. Suggest you to drill more bigger hole on it to let the wind get though to minimize the effect.
Thanks, lol. I figured I should just order this one from Amazon http://www.amazon.com/SKYREAT-Gimba...62&sr=8-1&keywords=dji phantom 3 gimbal guardProp's for trying...have to say it sure looked top shelf.
So this got me thinking... Is my carbon fiber plate hurting my performance? I honestly never thought it did, but maybe?form my point of view the wind will blow on that plactic plate, end up stablability issue. Agreed. The only way we make these things better is trying.Prop's for trying...have to say it sure looked top shelf.
Gimbal guards like these aren't for frontal collisions.I'm trying to figure out what protection you actually provide unless you are flying backwards. How does it protect you from a frontal collision? Am I missing something here?
Don't most collisions occur while you are moving forward or falling straight down?Gimbal guards like these aren't for frontal collisions.
