Every month or two, this sort of story surfaces - and there's never been any detectable impact on GPS or drone flying.
It's all "hypothetically might affect" stuff and the real effect might be a few inches in GPS accuracy which makes no difference at all when normal GPS accuracy is only +/- 1.5-2 metres anyway.
By the time solar flare activity is strong enough to affect your flying, you'll have a lot more to worry about than your Phantom.
