I just stumbled upon a video on youtube about a guy with crazy harassing neighbors. He videotaped them several times from his home while they were in their front yard. It was kind of amusing so I did a search. There are hundreds more like this one. Can't these people get in trouble? And if not, can they record their neighbors in 4K as long as they don't take off?
