As for when, one never knows just what DJI is going to do.

There's nothing really that compelling in the Phantom Vision+ 2.5 itself to wait. You can already upgrade to the 9450 props, and the new transmitter with tilt dial will work with current Vision+ so you can just buy that separately when it comes out.

Whip out the credit card and buy the bird.
