Making a Warranty Claim to DJI: Whats the best first move? Contact them via email or chat so they can upload logs, etc.

Good luck. I bought an OSMO (don't buy one) camera. I found out all the problems it had. Numerous attempts to contact DJI went unanswered. Fortunately, the dealer took it back.
