Camping and boating

Edit sucks, mostly due to music repeat I know, but had some decent shots I think.... Let me know...

90 min edit.. 6 min vid...

Either way, fun shoot, fun times camping, good fishing... Ft pierce Florida

Also, thankfully brought my micro screwdriver set, had to reset the horizon as it jarred off in the boat ride... 15-20 mph winds all weekend!

Thought I was doing pretty good until I saw everyone else's edits... some talented people out there.
I think this is a great example of how democratization of technology is good for mankind.

Anyway here is my sorry attempt at an edit. I got some catching up to do.

Edit ? whats that ? ;-)

Seriously though, great video. Ive gotten as far as adding music and cropping down some of my videos - and now I have enough material to do a collage like this. Unfortunately I have only windows moviemaker to do it with, and thats a bit limiting (but better than nothing).

You showed the fun of flying these things - the gratification of the footage we come away with is that extra bonus kick.

Congrats on the great video !

Wow, thanks for that!

I used GoPro Editor because it's fairly easy to use. Not the greatest but it works. I kinda like moviemaker but I thought I'd give the GoPro software a try. I started out wanting to make a quick clip and next thing I know I find an epic track and end up using the whole 3 min. Kinda had to fill a few holes but it came together OK.

Can't wait to see what you put together. Be sure to post it!

Oh and I might suggest filming at 60 fps just in case you want to slow down the footage at all. 30 fps is a little too slow.

Nice footage, my concern though is letting your young daughter (I presume) catch the drone - there is a video on this thread of a man hand catching that went wrong - it cut him to the bone on his forearm. Not pretty.

Your daughter may have been lucky today. Fly safe.

Very nice, I like the way the cuts echoed the tempo of the music.
