Let's see some videos!

Had some of my footage taken at one of my clients used in a new TV commercial that is airing right now. I did a few pans of their inventory and some stills -

4400 feet distance early yesterday evening before losing connection to P2V Plus. I use the remote control that came with my P2V instead of the remote control that came with the P2V Plus because the former is a little more powerful. Other than that, my P2V is not modified in any way.

I'm pretty sure I could improve on this distance on completely flat ground with no trees at all, but this is the furthest I've ever flown any Phantom.

A Really Pretty Day...To Play with my Phantom in the Sky!

OK, not earth-shattering or award winning, but a beautiful spring day on the coast of New England. Perfect for playing with the Phantom, the camera, and improving my skills. My family and pals LOVE seeing our beautiful location from this new vantage point. Feedback welcome!

(PS. I have almost 10,000 views on my first Phantom 2V+ video! Who knew? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ke1Qnv27 ... sg&index=3)

I was worried about "Fly-Away," so I solved that problem. Also you can see how much turbulence and pitching the 3-axis gimbal takes care of. - Seth Hill

Ha, nice video, you have a good amount of string attached. How long was that pile of string?
also, you didn't have the other end of the string attached to anything
