Yesterday my P3 Pro said there was a firmware update available. I thought I was up to date. Is there a new one out in the last few days? If so, what does it fix?

No updates as of this time.

DJI keeps their release notes on the P3P downloads page. The release notes show the firmware version, date of release, and a list of the major changes.

I am running the latest FW with all my Birds without any issues.
You do have the choice whether or not to upgrade.
If your bird is flying well, then stick with your current FW version.
1.9.60 has been stable for the majority of pilots so far.

I always thought that new firmware updates are to fix other issues that Phantom owners have reported, just like when Asus releases a new one its to remedy some big or small issues..

I see my Dji Go App updated today. Haven't flown with it yet to see if everything is ok with it.

I just checked mine. The App is at 2.8.3, Ver is 1.8.80+, and RC is at 1.6.0. The only update I have done was when I first got the Pro. That was about 1 month ago. I have not done any other update. As I stated above, yesterday I stated getting the "Update Required" message. But I'm flying quite well. I don't want to create a problem. So I'm staying right where I am for now.
