I noticed the DJI Ultimate Flight app can update "home"

I want to follow my boat, or ideally fly in circles around it, but of course HOME has to be the boat, not where it was 10 minutes ago. Are there apps/features that do this for IOS? Am I correct about Ultimate flight working like I think it does? In case I'm not clear, I want the home point updated as I move with the controller.

You need to change the home point like this:

Don't you also need a tablet or phone with GPS? Maybe that is just for follow me to update the home point.

To be clear, the first icon means "Set Home Location? To where the drone is above now." And the second icon means, "Continuously update Home location to the controller current location"
Correct?
