I am not sure why I am posting this. I hope to thin the herd out soon. I would be willing to bet that I got more addicted then you did with these Phantom Aircraft. I am not proud, but this is the fact. I own and have sitting in front of me 5 Vision + 2 Just vision 3 Phantom 1's (2 v1.1.1 - 1 v1.2) with fpv and goggles,, (note plural) I had a plan to set up a demonstration table and put goggles on folks, give them a real FPV feel and experience. Then give them a copy of the video made while they were in the air. Now I just get confused.

I want to form a group like AA to treat this addiction I have. Anyone else need to talk, give me a pm.

Otherwise. once again..(I know it's been done before) What do you have in the way of flying machines). Also could one of you big brain people, do the math and how many do I need to lift 168lbs + my lawn chair?
(oops forgot to show the proof)

i discovered the "uav world" about a three months ago, bought my first phantom 2 in july 16th (still havent bought the second one but im pretty sure i will)
my p2 has the follosing setup (gimball, video, fpv) and will use the second one just for photography (with a point and shoot camera)

this certainly is an addiction. and in your case i think its time to move change plattform and buy one of this:

greetings!

I don't know about how many Phantoms... but here's what it takes to lift 168 pounds and a lawn chair ;)

I think I know your problem with having to many Phantoms. You have too much money. To fix your problem I could give you an account number you could send a great amount of it to.

this video reminds me of this one

which happen to be just below the one you posted!

It's the same outfit. The first video was of the early early Volocopter testbed.
The second video is of the Volocopter prototype.

I like the first video because it just looks more daring and experimental. Sittin' out there on a lawnchair, ontop of 16 lawnmowers and a hippity hop. ;)

Program all your Phantoms to do what this guy did and I'll be truly impressed

I still have only one P2V, so far... But I DO have seven Hubsan X4s... Can I still join the AA group? :D

I only have three. I flew them all at the same time the other day. Actually, I was flying just the P2V+ while the other two hovered and I made a tripled drone selfie.

That TED talk is more than a year old. Am I the only one wondering what that guy is up to right now? Having the ball thrown back to him from the net by the three quads together was a mind-bending experience the first time I saw it.

How would you mount a gimbal under those?

Hey Wedeliver, have you given a name to each of your birds?

Oooh..oohh. what a good idea. They do have id's like v1, v2 and x1 thoug x5 and p1 and p2 and p3. Think I will call them all Sue until I can think up better names. (not good with names, had a german shepard dog that I named Scrounge, poor guy)

He's locked in some secret lab deep underground developing SkyNet ---- and praying a Terminator isn't coming back from the future to kill him

He's the founder of Kiva Systems, which is a subsidiary of Amazon. Presumably, he's trying to figure out how to deliver my next drone with one of his drones.
