How to load videos from app to computer

I am trying to figure out how to move the videos from my phone app to my regular computer for viewing. I have tried to download Itunes for some reason it will not install on my computer. I have I cloud not sure if that will work though. Any help is appreciated. Also new to this site and outdoor drones both are great.

You don't move them from the app.
Your images and photos are stored on the microSD card in the gimbal base.
Remove the card and using an adaptor copy them to your hard drive.

I too am a noob and find my video (P3P) is made up of 6 second pieces with a "jump" between pieces.
Am I doing something wrong??

Does the video still jump after you upload it to YouTube? If not, then the jump is being caused by your computer's performance or the software you're using to play the video.
