How to find the camera settings AFTER filming

Does anyone know on the Mac (QT files) if there is a way of finding the camera settings you used to film a video. I have filmed a few shots in different settings but am now not sure which settings I used? I know you can with photos.

Have you tried to view the EXIF data? I have not so I don't know what is stored in there on videos. For stills, the P3 records many settings in the EXIF data.
