Would it be okay to use hot glue to re stick the compass in place? I have a new shell and just wondering before i do it, if the heat would mess up the compass.

Thanks

Probably not too hot but I wouldn't risk it. I'd use clear silicone instead.

Thanks for posting pal. I have it all back together now. I only used two small dabs of glue seeing as there is slots for holding it in place, both in the skids and in the cover that has to be removed. Had to calibrate but havent had a test flight yet.hopefully tomorrow ill get out.

Or try the UV glues. They work well and easy to clean if you get too much. Bondic may be the best brand, but the as seen on tv stuff works well too. Just don't try to apply it outside. I find that the UV sun can cause cause it to set while applying.

If it cal-ed good them your likely fine.
