Yea they do. Funny how some people freak out thinking drones are spying on them. The fail to understand what we exactly can see. Some seem to think we can zoom in and count the hairs on their head when in reality they look like ants because we don't have any zoom at all. The industry really needs to try and educate the general population on exactly how these things operate and what the capabilities actually are. Maybe then some wouldn't be so freaked out if/when they see/hear one up there.

Phantom's see people as ants from up on high.

And from the ground the Phantom is an invisible speck in the sky! I find that once past about 50m up (about 160ft?) it's pretty hard to spot or hear it unless you know exacly where to look.
