Follow action with only yaw?

Taking the question from Jim Roof in another direction, or rather in no direction. Is there any way to coordinate the gimbal with altitude?

Using Active track is a great idea. Will be using that a lot.

Is there any way to have the P4P hover in one place and follow the action? As in Active Track with only yaw movement.
